Frantoio Tasting Notes

Its fruity aroma and vegetal notes stand out. Its density makes it fresh, smooth, and creamy on the palate. It initially has an intense green color. A fine oil with hints of green fruit, apple, and honey, and a slight spiciness on the palate. It contains a high concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids, which contribute to a healthy diet.

Recommendations for use

Best eaten raw, as a condiment for all kinds of dishes. Ideal for toast, salad and pasta dressing, grilled and steamed vegetables and fish, or barbecued meats.
